Tony,

Although it has been some years since our tacks have crossed, I keep my eyes on your doings and want to wish you the best of luck on this new venture.  So keep Doha on her feet, and your own feet dry.

Best, Steve Callahan

Been keeping my eye on the news! I was worried that I would have to rejoin the Navy and go and search for Tony again. (sigh of relief on both counts).  Hope all is well and hope to see you in Hobart soon. Any further news as to a date yet?

Prayers are with Tony Bullimore.

My son, Navy Pilot  Commander was commandered the plane that found Tony Bullimore when he was lost at sea off coast of Australia in late 90s. At the time Commander Larry A Smith was an exchange pilot with Australia and was flying for the Australian Air Force at the time. and was featured in the movie about Tony Bullimore.

Tony,

I can only assume that you left the Maldives yesterday because you knew what was happening at Twickenham – well just in case you had a communications failure the result was New Zealand 41 – England 20 – now I will concede that England should have been awarded the try that the French referee and the French video analyst disallowed – but that is no great surprise given that they are French and the other side was England.

Good luck with your solo voyage, I will be tracking your progress.  I suspect that by staying in Qatar you were probably the only one who collected in one way or another on the Oryx Quest prize money – good job – the bulldog reigns.

Cheers, Peter

Sorry to hear about Tony's problems but having looked at your web site assume not as serious as reported on 5 Live this morning.

As I sit here looking out over the harbour and at my boat on her mooring I wish him all the best. Hope all goes well!
